How a repair works here

  1. Book it. Call (816) 555-0118 or send the work order form. Same-week appointments, early drop-off from 7:00 with the key slot.
  2. Inspect and document. Your technician runs the inspection and texts you photos of anything worn, broken, or leaking.
  3. Approve the estimate. Parts and labor split out in writing. You approve by text or phone before work starts. Declined work is noted, never pushed.
  4. Repair and road test. The technician who diagnosed the car does the repair, then road tests it against the original complaint.
  5. Drive out covered. 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, printed on the invoice.

Get a fixed number before the wrench comes out.
